Jason (who I often just call Husband) & I got married 9/29/07 & thus began our version of happily ever after.
We bought our first home in NC in April 2006. We started working our way towards expanding our family in 2010. After no luck in 13 cycles on our own, we began seeing a RE in February of 2011. After three medicated cycles not working, I began injectibles in June of 2011. TTC cycle 23 meant injectibles + our first IUI & it worked!
Then we were in for a bigger shock. At six weeks, we learned it was TRIPLETS!
We lost baby B around 16 weeks, but I was thrilled to discover that day I was growing a little boy & a little girl that we expected to arrive in June.
Zach & Lucy were born eight & a half hours apart on 5/21 at 34 weeks 1 day.
I can’t promise to not continue over-share about life as a new Mom of two here.
